Why WhatsApp

Many businesses in Uzbekistan serve customers from abroad or partners in Kazakhstan, Russia and Turkey where WhatsApp is the default. Today those chats live on someone's phone with no history, no leads and no automation.

ChatVendor already keeps all of that structured for Telegram. WhatsApp will use the same inbox, assistant and scenarios — one setup, two channels.

What the WhatsApp channel will include

The channel is built on the WhatsApp Business platform so your number stays compliant. The assistant, leads, scenarios and webhooks are shared with your Telegram channel — nothing to configure twice.

  • Same assistant — One prompt, one knowledge base, all channels.
  • Same inbox — WhatsApp chats next to Telegram ones, same notes and tags.
  • Same API — POST /api/v1/channels/{id}/dialogs/{peer}/messages works the same way.

When will WhatsApp be available?

We are building it now. Waitlist members get the beta invitation first; the release date will be announced by email.

Will I need a separate number?

You will connect a WhatsApp Business number. It can be your current business number if it is not tied to a personal WhatsApp account.

Will it cost extra?

WhatsApp is included in the Business and Unlimited plans; per-conversation fees charged by Meta are passed through without markup.

Can I prepare now?

Yes — set up the assistant, leads and scenarios on Telegram today. They will apply to WhatsApp as soon as the channel is connected.
