Spend your ad money on the ads that sell.
See what every chat, lead and sale cost, ad by ad: Instagram, Facebook, a Telegram channel post or a blogger. Then pause or resume Instagram and Facebook campaigns and change their daily budgets from the same screen.

From ad to paid order, in one line.

1
Connect your ads
Link your Meta ad account to manage Instagram and Facebook campaigns. For Telegram posts, bloggers and print, create a tracked link or QR code for each placement.
-
2
Chats arrive labeled
Every chat that starts from an ad’s tracked link or QR code carries its source, so leads and paid orders are counted against the right ad.
-
3
Keep what sells
See spend, chats, leads and sales side by side. Give more budget to the ad that sells, and pause the one that does not.
One ad, from spend to payment.
Spend, chats, leads and sales in one column, each with its own cost. You see what the ad really brought in, not only clicks.
What you can do with ads.
Manage the Instagram and Facebook ads you already run, and measure every other placement the same way.
-
Cost per chat, lead and sale
Each ad and link shows its cost per click, chat, lead and paid order, with a 30-day chart.
-
Pause and resume
Pause an Instagram or Facebook campaign that does not sell, and resume it later, without opening Ads Manager.
-
Daily budgets
Raise or lower a campaign’s daily budget in one step. Spend syncs from Meta every morning.
-
Retargeting audiences
Show your ads again to people who chatted but did not buy. The segment becomes a Meta custom audience, and phone numbers are hashed before they are sent.
-
Tracked links
A short link for each ad, channel post, blogger or Telegram Ads placement. Clicks, chats, leads and paid orders are counted against it.
-
QR codes
Put a QR code on a flyer, a shop window or a blogger’s video, and see how many chats and sales it brought.
Good to know.
What this needs, in plain words.
- Instagram and Facebook ads connect through your Meta business account. You create campaigns and choose the audience in Meta Ads Manager; here you pause and resume them, change daily budgets and sync audiences.
- Chats are counted against an ad through its tracked link or QR code. A Facebook ad that opens Messenger directly cannot carry a tracked link, so for it you see the spend from your ad account.
- Telegram Ads has no public API, so Telegram placements are measured with tracked links and QR codes, not managed.
- Meta spend syncs once a day, early in the morning. For tracked links and QR codes, you enter what you paid.
- A sale is counted when the order from that chat is paid in ChatVendor. Payments taken elsewhere do not show.
Questions about ads.
Can I create a new campaign here?
No. You create campaigns and choose the audience in Meta Ads Manager. ChatVendor pauses and resumes them, changes daily budgets, syncs retargeting audiences and shows what each chat, lead and sale cost.
How do you measure Telegram Ads and bloggers?
Each placement gets its own tracked link or QR code. When someone follows it and writes to you, the chat, the lead and any paid order are counted against that placement. You enter what you paid, and the cost per chat, lead and sale is worked out for you.
What is a retargeting audience?
A list of your own contacts, such as people who chatted but did not buy, sent to Meta as a custom audience so your ads can reach them again. Phone numbers are hashed before they leave ChatVendor.
Which numbers do I see for each ad?
Spend, clicks, chats, leads and paid orders, and from them the cost per click, chat, lead and sale. A 30-day chart shows how each one changed.
