Can several people answer at once?
Yes. Each chat shows who is on it, so two people do not answer the same customer. New chats are assigned in turn to whoever is on duty.
What does AI do when a person answers?
When someone on your team writes in a chat, AI stops answering it for the time you set, and picks up again after that.
Can I answer from my phone?
