Generic chatbots do not know your prices
Most "AI bots" are a chat window with a model behind it. They sound smart but do not know that delivery to Samarkand costs 30 000 sums, that a translation takes three days, or that you are closed on Sundays. So managers still answer everything.
The other problem is cost: platforms resell AI tokens at a markup and lock you to one model. When a better or cheaper model appears you cannot switch.
Your knowledge, your key, your rules
The ChatVendor assistant is configured per workspace: a system prompt with your business description, prices and tone; the languages it may answer in; when it should stay silent; when to hand over to a human. It runs on your own provider key — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, DeepSeek or an OpenAI-compatible endpoint — so you pay the provider directly.
It is not limited to text. Voice messages are transcribed before the assistant sees them, and photos or documents can be analysed with vision models: a passport photo, a payment receipt, a product picture.

How much does AI cost?
You pay your provider at their prices. A typical customer reply costs a fraction of a cent; ChatVendor adds nothing.
Can it answer in Uzbek?
Yes, in both Latin and Cyrillic script, and it detects which one the customer uses.
Will it make things up?
The prompt template instructs it to answer only from your data and to hand over when unsure. You can require manager approval for certain steps in scenarios.
Is customer data sent to the provider?
Only the current conversation context is sent to the provider you chose, under their terms. Nothing is used to train our models.
