1 Find · Lead capture

Every inquiry becomes a customer you can win.

No buyer gets lost in a busy inbox. A comment “price” under your Instagram post, a message to your Facebook Page, a question in your website chat, a form on your site or a question in a Telegram group you belong to: each one becomes a lead with its source. AI scores it, so your team answers the hottest first.

How it works

How a lead is caught.

  1. 1

    Choose the signals

Set keywords for comments under your Instagram posts and for the Telegram groups you are in, and add a form or the chat window to your site.

  2. 2

    A lead is created

Rules turn matching messages into leads on every channel you connect, with the source and the first message.

  3. 3

    Your team closes it

AI scores each lead and writes a one-line summary. The lead moves through your pipeline with an owner, an amount and a due date.

One pipeline

Five sources, one list of leads.

Instagram comments, Facebook Page messages, Telegram group keywords, website chat and forms all end in the same pipeline, so no lead sits in a separate app.

Ways leads come in.

Every one of them starts with the customer, never with a cold message.

  • Comment to direct message

When someone comments your keyword under your Instagram post, they get an answer in Direct and a lead is created.

  • Facebook Page messages

Messages to your Facebook Page land in the same inbox, and rules turn them into leads with their source.

  • Website chat

A chat window with your own greeting turns visitors into conversations.

  • Group keyword alerts

A keyword in a Telegram group your account has already joined sends you an alert. Nothing is posted or sent for you.

  • Lead forms

A short form for your site or bio. Each answer arrives as a lead.

  • AI score and your pipeline

AI scores each new lead and writes a one-line summary. Leads move through stages you name, with an owner, an amount and a due date.

Good to know.

What this needs, in plain words.

  • Instagram comment replies and Facebook Page messages need your Meta business account. Instagram and Facebook Messenger are included in every paid plan (Start, Business and Unlimited).
  • Group alerts need your own Telegram account, and work only in groups it has already joined.
  • An alert is a notice to you. You decide whether and how to answer.
  • Leads can also go to Bitrix24 or amoCRM, one way. Changes made there do not come back.

Questions about leads.

Will ChatVendor message strangers for me?

No. People come to you through your ads, posts, comments, groups and website. ChatVendor makes sure each of them becomes a lead and gets an answer. It never sends cold messages.

Does it work with Instagram comments?

Yes. When someone comments your keyword under your post, they get an answer in Direct and a lead is created. This needs your Meta business account and any paid plan.

Will ChatVendor write in Telegram groups for me?

No. In Telegram groups your account has already joined, a keyword sends an alert only to you. Nothing is posted and no one is messaged for you.

Where do the leads go?

Into one pipeline with stages you name. Each lead shows its source, its first message, an AI score and a summary, and you can set an owner, an amount and a due date.
