What this needs, in plain words.
- AI books visits only when “Actions in chat” is on. A scenario with a booking step works either way.
- Reminders go out in the chat the patient booked from. A booking made on your booking page gets its own link to see or cancel it.
- Instagram, Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp connect through your Meta business account and are included in every paid plan (Start, Business and Unlimited).
- ChatVendor is not a medical record system. Keep diagnoses and medical notes in your clinic’s own system.

Yes. Each doctor has their own hours and services, and the patient sees only that doctor’s free times.
What if two patients want the same time?
Only free times are offered, and a time is taken the moment it is booked, so the second patient sees the next free one.
Can patients book without writing to us?
Yes. Your booking page shows the free times and asks for a name and phone number. Each booking gets its own link to see or cancel it.
