Billing — questions
How do I pay?
With inPAY (Uzcard, Humo, Visa, Mastercard) or MirPay directly from the panel. The subscription activates immediately after payment.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free includes one messenger channel, the AI assistant on your key, leads, scenarios and a small SMS limit. No card needed.
Can I change plans?
Any time. Upgrading applies at once; the remaining days are kept. Downgrading applies at the end of the paid period.
What counts as a channel?
One connected Telegram account or bot (later: one WhatsApp number or Instagram account). SMS phones are counted separately.
Do you charge for AI?
No. You add your own provider key and pay them directly.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes, for legal entities — contact support after payment and we will send the documents.
What happens when the subscription ends?
The workspace returns to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted; channels above the limit are paused until you renew.
