In Uzbekistan Telegram is not a messenger, it is the storefront. Price questions, order photos, receipts and complaints all land in one personal account, usually the owner's. Every message needs a reply, and every reply is typed by hand.
Bot builders promise automation but ask customers to talk to a separate @bot with buttons. Customers do not trust it, managers do not maintain it, and it cannot read a photo of a passport.
So the account stays manual: unanswered chats at night, lost phone numbers, orders that live in scroll history.
