Limitlar

Limitlar qatlamli: API kalit, workspace, qurilma va SIM bo'yicha (SIM limiti kartani cheksiz tsikldan himoya qiladi). Telegram o'z flood limitlarini qo'shadi: 429 FLOOD_WAIT necha soniya kutishni aytadi. Har 429 da Retry-After va X-RateLimit-* sarlavhalari bor.
